Sam Edmunds in his flying Shaw 650 was a gunslinger with a 4-shooter of bullets, taking the win in the recently held Tasmanian Sportsboat championship 2013 held at Bellerive Regatta in Hobart, which is part of the Crown Series.

In another bit of Shaw 650 magic, Noel Leigh-Smith and Ben Leigh-Smith's Shaw 650 (or the hyphen owners as we call them) had a great day out on the water in the recent Surf to City 2013, an interesting Queensland race that winds its way through the outside and inside courses (sporties on the inside) from, as best as we can figure out, Southport to Shorncliffe.
