The two western most aussie shaws are now delivered to Fremantle, after a 3 week container ride from Auckland New Zealand. Indecent Haste sailed out of Freshwater Yacht Club on the Swan River went out for her maiden voyage thursday evening along with a few drinks on the dock then again for 20 minutes on friday prior to a last minute dash to make the start at Geographe Bay Raceweek.

February Valentines Day Update

Happy Valentines Day.  Kiss kiss bang bang. In the world of Shaw, there's been a bit on. The 2 boats of to Perth are now halfway along the coast of Australia, which will mean a late Feb delivery and a spot of racing against the West Coast Aussie fleet (Vipers, T750s, M24s) in Geographe raceweek.

Whaka Gets 4th in Geelong

Joining the fibreglass production boats and homebuilds in Australia, wooden Shaw 650 'Whaka' (which means Maori for boat, and is pronounced, yes, with an F) competed basically straight out of a container, having been shipped across from New Zealand late in December, then pushed into the tide for Geelong raceweek, Victoria's premier sailing event.

Moneyshot Wins Bay of Islands Week, New Zealand
