A bit more breeze over the weekend, so the guys took Moneyshot out in some more wind to test the rig. Basically, the main is still not setting perfectly yet; courtesy of a broken batten and perhaps setting the mast a tad straighter, adjusting batten tension once the full set is in and dropping the bridle height will have that main setting well.
In the meantime, the boat showed good speed with the number 2 jib easy to set and sail with. Under kite, typically Shaw – fast, easy to sail and fun.
Sails shown are the kevlar standard sails; loadpath sails are the same size and shape, with slightly different manufacturing technique.
